Please add this setup about Initialization, right click on Flow Analysis > Insert > Global Initialization then double click on Global Initialization and modify as it appears in the image below.

 

Remember that the air has 23 % oxygen, for this reason, O2 = 0.23, CO2 = 0.0 and H2O = 0.0, the initial temperature is 300 °K and the air velocity is 1 m/s.
