The following limitations exist for the modeling of species transport for multiphase flows:

  • The nonpremixed, premixed, partially-premixed combustion, or the composition PDF transport species transport models are not available for multiphase species reactions.

  • Only the laminar finite-rate, finite-rate/eddy-dissipation, and eddy-dissipation turbulence-chemistry models of homogeneous reactions are available for multiphase species transport.

  • The discrete phase model (DPM) is not compatible with multiphase species transport.

.

In this tutorial, you will learn how to simulate Species transport and gaseous combustion using Ansys Fluent. You can do this tutorial with Ansys student version.

The NACA four-digit wing sections define the profile by:
First digit describing maximum camber as percentage of the chord.
Second digit describing the distance of maximum camber from the airfoil leading edge in tenths of the chord.
